Core Skills Covered:

• Consultation Techniques – including treatment planning, identifying contraindications and contra-actions, assessing body types, recognizing different forms of body fat, and identifying common postural faults
  • Body Massage Techniques – covering classical massage movements, the use of massage mediums, mechanical massage, pre-heat treatments, and adapting techniques to meet individual client needs
  • Massage Using Pre-Blended Aromatherapy Oils – selecting suitable pre-blended oils for specific client needs and skin types, and tailoring massage techniques accordingly
  • Stone Therapy Massage – including classical movements, trigger point work, and the use of hot, cold, and semi-precious stones to create customized treatments
  • Indian Head Massage – incorporating classical techniques, understanding contraindications and contra-actions, recognizing chakras, and providing personalized homecare and aftercare advice

Learners will also develop essential professional knowledge in health and safety, client care, and effective communication—skills vital for success in the industry.
